Every product we list is held in a United States warehouse. That is a hard rule, not a preference. It is the reason delivery takes about a week instead of the seven to eight weeks a direct-from-overseas order takes.
Rated, not guessed
Weight capacity, open and folded dimensions and materials are published on every product page. If a number has not been confirmed, we leave it off rather than round it up.
Simple to send back
Thirty days to return anything unused in its original packaging. If it arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return postage and there is no restocking fee.
