Where we ship
Lofty Den currently ships to addresses within the United States only. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Where your order ships from
Our products are dispatched from warehouses located in the United States. We work with a small number of vetted fulfilment partners and stock each product where it can reach you fastest. We do not ship customer orders from overseas.
Processing and delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. The delivery estimate shown at checkout for your specific address is the most accurate one.

Tracking
You receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan after the carrier collects it.
Orders with more than one item
Because we stock products across several warehouses, an order containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels on different days, each with its own tracking number. You are never charged extra for this.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we refund the item price less the outbound shipping cost.
Delays
Carrier delays, severe weather and peak holiday periods can push delivery beyond our estimates. These windows are estimates, not guarantees. If your parcel has not moved for 7 business days, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where relevant. We will replace it or refund you in full. See our Return & Refund Policy.
